JCPS provides a nationwide service with projects across the country in Dublin, Cork, Athlone and Mullingar. In 2019 the firm set up its first regional office in Cork City underlining our commitment to partner on new developments in the Munster Region. It is strategically located in the Blackrock area, within easy reach of Ireland`s motorway network and the city centre.
The company offers ancillary services such as provision of maintenance services and domestic plumbing. Its work ethos ensures proper planning and execution of each project within the triple constraint of project management – time, budget and quality.
JCPS was founded by John Corr. We started with 5 employees and undertook our first large-scale commercial project. Other important projects included Finglas Garda Station and Bloomfield Nursing Home.
We moved into our first office building in Orion Business Park. This year marked a significant turning point for us when we won a major project for a confidential client in Co. Kildare. This project involved mechanical system maintenance across the entire site. We expanded our team to 14 employees.
JCPS completed work on the Murphy International Ltd. flagship office in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. We provided mechanical services for the project.
We finished work on the Annamore Court 70-unit residential complex in Chapelizod. In the same year, we also started work on the Willows project in Dunshaughlin. JCPS provided full plumbing, heating and ventilation systems in the 2-5-bedroom houses.
We purchased our new premises in Rosemount Park Drive to accommodate our growing team of 30 employees. The Willows project was completed. The Church St. student accommodation project kicked off, including design + build and plumbing, heating and ventilation systems in the 220-bed student complex in the heart of Dublin.
The first phase of the Mount Argus Apartments was completed. We provided mechanical services for the project. The Dolphin Park residential project launched in Dublin 12.
The Curraheen Point student accommodation project was one of the biggest projects we worked on during this year.
The Lime St. building will be one of our biggest projects during this period. The project includes installations for domestic hot water and heating.
JCPS Move into our newly refurbished offices located in Ballycoolin , this allows scope for future expansion.
Windmill project Starts 211 no. 1, 2 & 3 Apartments located in Clonsilla Dublin 15.
Phase 3B of the Willows is nearing completion following successful handover of Phase 3A consisting 70 Apartments located in Dunshaughlin Co. Meath.
