BIM Coordinator

Job Details‍

• Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple projects to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to integrate mechanical systems into coordinated BIM models.
• Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Perform clash detection and resolve design issues using software tools such as Navisworks or Revit.
• Support the implementation of company BIM standards and protocols.
• Produce detailed 2D drawings and schedules extracted from the BIM model as required.
• Liaise with external consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure BIM requirements are met.
• Maintain a structured file management system and model version control.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on BIM processes and tools.
• Participate in coordination meetings and design workshops.
