Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple projects to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to integrate mechanical systems into coordinated BIM models.
Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
Perform clash detection and resolve design issues using software tools such as Navisworks or Revit.
Support the implementation of company BIM standards and protocols.
Produce detailed 2D drawings and schedules extracted from the BIM model as required.
Liaise with external consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure BIM requirements are met.
Maintain a structured file management system and model version control.
Provide training and support to internal teams on BIM processes and tools.
Participate in coordination meetings and design workshops.
