This is a full-time on-site role in Ireland for a Contracts Manager at JCPS Mechanical Ltd. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with regulations, reviewing and drafting contract documents, and resolving contract disputes. They will also oversee contract performance and administration.

  

Qualifications

 

·       Contract Negotiation and Management skills

·       Regulatory Compliance knowledge

·       Experience in reviewing and drafting contract documents

·       Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution abilities

·       Contract Performance Monitoring skills

·       Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills

·       Organisational and Time Management skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law or related field
