→ Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical & HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, and ventilation systems
→ Diagnose faults and complete repairs with minimal operational disruption
→ Monitor and optimise system performance to improve efficiency and reliability
→ Ensure all works comply with H&S regulations and industry standards
→ Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and compliance documentation
→ Coordinate and oversee external contractors, ensuring SLA adherence and quality standards
→ Support upgrades, installations, and refurbishment projects
→ Carry out routine inspections and audits of plant rooms and equipment
→ Proven facilities management experience with strong mechanical & HVAC knowledge
→ Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or similar
→ Strong understanding of building services systems and maintenance best practice
→ Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
→ Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
→ Knowledge of H&S regulations and compliance requirements
→ Strong communication and teamwork skills
→ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
→ F-Gas certification (or equivalent)
→ Experience in commercial, industrial, or healthcare environments
→ Strong IT, reporting, and documentation skills
