Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, or CRM tools
- Qualify leads by assessing needs, intent, and readiness
- Present products or services clearly and persuasively
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments, demos, or sales
- Schedule and coordinate calls, meetings, or consultations with the relevant team
- Follow up with warm and cold leads to increase conversions
- Maintain accurate lead records and updates in the CRM
- Handle objections professionally and provide relevant information
- Ensure timely follow-ups to prevent lead drop-off
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless handovers

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in lead management, sales, or customer engagement (preferred)
- Ability to manage high-volume leads efficiently
