Key Requirements
→ Previous experience working with HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems (essential or highly advantageous)
→ Full, clean driving licence
→ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
→ Strong practical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
→ Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
→ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with regular interaction with clients and site teams
→ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
→ Good understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
