The Role
This position is central to the successful delivery of our projects. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
- Manage site teams and liaise with subcontractors and other trades
- Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
- Maintain and enforce health and safety standards, including leading toolbox talks
- Monitor quality and carry out regular site inspections
- Track progress and provide updates to the Project Manager
- Manage labour, materials, and site resources effectively
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to support project delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations and health and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
- Relevant certifications such as Safe Pass, CSCS, SSSTS, or SMSTS
