Responsibilities of the role:
· Coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors.
· Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines.
· Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards.
· Attend site meetings and report on progress.
· Perform company compliance and administration procedures and record performance and progress of site operations.
· Provide guidance, direction and support to all tradespeople and apprentices on site.
Your Qualifications and Key Criteria:
· Plumbing Qualification
· Experience supervising mechanical projects with experience in residential projects an advantage.
· Ability to work well under pressure and perform to strict deadlines.
· Good Computer skills in word, excel etc.
· Fluent English.
· Full, clean driving licence.
