We’re proud to share a major update from our ongoing work at Marshall Yards, East Road, Dublin 3 – a landmark build-to-rent development featuring 554 apartments across 11 blocks, alongside outstanding tenant and community amenities.
Since breaking ground in 2023, our team at JCPS Mechanical has made exceptional progress.We’re delighted to confirm that Phase 1 has now officially reached Practical Completion.

Meanwhile, work on the remaining 342 apartments is well into 2nd fix, placing the project ahead of schedule – a testament to the dedication and precision of everyone involved on-site. Originally a rail marshalling yard, this site is being transformed into a thriving residential and commercial hub – and we’re proud to play a key role in delivering on its full potential.
