We were delighted to complete the Newmarket Street Residential Apartments project.
This impressive development delivers 134 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with a reception area, resident amenity spaces and bike storage facilities, contributing to high-quality urban living.
Our team carried out the full mechanical installation, including:
• Soils and waste systems
• Boosted cold water services and storage tank
• Supply and extract ventilation
• Fire duct systems
• Heating systems
Each apartment has been designed with efficiency and comfort in mind, featuring a Dimplex heat pump for domestic hot water, mechanical heat recovery ventilation (MVHR) and electric radiators.
